Y4/5 Eco Council - 4ward Futures
Y4/5 Eco children are taking part in an exciting sustainability campaign to create a sustainable life on Earth. This project will run throughout this academic year. Our initial meeting was yesterday!
Mark, from 4ward Futures, outlined the project and the three elements:
- What exactly is "waste" and the impact of: fast fashion/electronic products/single use plastic? Why do we create so much waste?
- What is being done to address these challenges? What happens to our waste?
- Who is working to address these challenges? How can we reduce the amount of waste we create?
Further workshops will take place from January 2023, eventually leading up to a school exhibition.
