Year 4 - Mr Cassidy Becomes Paul Hollywood

Mr Cassidy has been treated by the Year 4 pupils this week!

He has been head judge in our crumble bake off, and has tasted and evaluated the winning crumble from each class. The winning crumbles were selected through an evaluative process in which the children scored their crumbles against a set of sensory criteria. Here is Mr Cassidy, also known as St George's very own Paul Hollywood, trying each crumble!

He was very impressed and can't wait to crown the Star Bakers later this week.
