Year Two: Thorndale Tennis Tournament

Class: Year 2 Year: 2016 - 17

Eight children from Year 2 were able to represent the school at a tennis tournament run by Thorndale Tennis Centre. The children were given some expert tennis coaching and then took part in the tournament forming two teams of four. One team went on to win first place and they were awarded gold medals. The other team also played very well and were awarded certificates. All children had a fantastic afternoon and should be very proud of their achievements.
