Top site Celebrate the Coronation

Children on Topsite have been spending some time this week preparing for the coronation of King Charles III.

Beautiful cypher artwork has been created after researching royal monograms dating back from Queen Victoria all the way through to our new king! 

On Friday, children were invited to dress regally, or in red, white & blue! Each teacher chose a 'best dressed' winner from their class, then two pupils from Year 5 & 6 were crowned overall best dressed, winning a fabulous Lego prize for their efforts.

At lunchtime, we enjoyed a lovely picnic lunch provided by our wonderful catering team. In the afternoon, we paraded around Topsite to draw our celebrations to a close.
