Oracy

We are currently working with Voice 21 to develop an oracy rich school. We are working with Voice 21 to establish a whole-school commitment to oracy. Teachers and school leaders are empowered, passionate and motivated to ensure that the voice of all students is valued in school and beyond. Here is our vision for oracy:

“At St George's, we use oracy to reason, negotiate, present and explore ideas to support children's learning across the curriculum, preparing our children for their future. We create an oracy rich community that values and respects everybody's voice.”
