2B - Santa visiting

Today, the children were incredibly lucky to have a visit from Father Christmas!!! The children couldn't believe that Santa had come all the way from the North Pole to visit our school this year. He asked the children lots of questions such as what they would like for Christmas? He even knew some facts about them such as them having a new puppy. We were so lucky to have Santa visit us in our outdoor grotto! I'm sure the class will be so excited to tell you all about it later when they get home! :)

We discussed what the word bullying means and how our actions could affect others. We also learnt about what to do if the children felt like they, or a friend, was getting buillied: speaking to an adult they trust such as their parent, teacher etc. The children then created anti-bullying posters and we have put them up on our door for others in school to see.
